Shipping & Sales Tax Policy U.S. Standard Delivery All Orders to the US ship FREE of charge. We ship most orders within 24 hours Monday - Friday. We also typically ship on Saturday but only if your order is placed before 3pm CST. We will ship your package either by USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail from our Elgin, IL warehouse depending on the weight of the package. If you order two or more items, we will usually mail your items via Priority Mail shipping service unless the total weight is under 13 ounces. In this case it will be sent via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery takes from 2-5 business days depending on where you live. If you would like your order sooner, please contact us directly via email for pricing information. APO/FPO and US Territories Orders being delivered to APO/FPO and U.S. territories are considered domestic packages and are shipped via domestic carrier. Only Standard Delivery is available. Canada We can ship to Canada, but please realize that there is a charge for shipping. The fee should show up when you check out if you put in a Canadian shipping address. This small fee helps defray the additional cost and work (we must physically go to the post office while they are open and print up a custom label) of shipping to Canada compared to shipping to US addresses. We will ship your order via USPS First Class International Mail, and it will typically take up to 14 days to arrive depending on your location. If you would prefer International Priority Mail, the additional cost will be $15 and should take 6-10 days depending on your location. Package tracking is available with Priority but not First Class.
