Exchange/Return Policy

It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with what you have purchased from Beyond Maternity. As such, we make every effort to ensure that products that may not fit, or are defective, can be exchanged or even refunded.
Timeframe
PLEASE NOTE: NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CLEARANCE ITEMS!! All Clearance is final sale.
You MUST contact us via email within 14 days from the receipt of your order (verified by delivery confirmation) for the exchange or full refund of items. Any requests after this time will incur a 20% restocking fee. Any returns or exchanges after 2 months of receipt of goods or sent without prior authorization will result in a 50% restocking fee.
Conditions for exchange
- Purchases may be exchanged for similar items of a different size, or for another item of a same value or less.
- We would also require for items to be in their original condition and packaging. Please retain and present the receipt for the transaction.
- In the event of exchanges made, we regret that shipping charges to return the item to be exchanged back to our warehouse will be borne by the customer.

Exchange and Returns Procedure
- Contact us via email (info@BeyondMaternity.com) within 14 days of receipt of your order to inform us of your intention.
- We will then email you a form to fill out and to enclose with the product you are returning.
- Send it back to us, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to:
